Very efficient booking via the app. Friendly staff. Great communication. Quick and simple drop off and pick up. Handy location. It's well worth the money to ensure luggage is safe, allowing time to enjoy the city without carrying extra weight.
Our first experience of bounce, certainly not the last. We were evicted from our AirB&B with hours to kill until or late return flight. I found this app, registered and booked in our luggage. Drop off was a breeze.. so very friendly..and we collected easily. As we had time to kill, we had a coffee and juice until taxi arrived..couldn't have been easier. Far more pleasant to have a human touch Vs a locker solution.
Everything went Perfect. Fast and easy process. Bags were secured and moved to the back. Very kind and helpful staff. I can recomend this place and service.
It was a very good experience, I would do it again and would definitely recommend it 100%. Especially because of the kindness of the people at the hotel.
